Eight Recipes to Keep Summer Going

In the kitchen | by Diana Galban
IT'S YOUR KITCHEN, YOU DO WHAT YOU WANT

It's supposed to be Fall, but judging by the fact that putting on my trench coat feels like spending the afternoon in a sauna, I'd say we're not quite there yet -- I might be experiencing some denial after leaving Miami as well.

If you're not ready to give up bright summer dishes yet (or you're not ready for pie season, in which case, what is wrong with you?) below are eight recipes to try. How gorgeous is that tart?

1. Tomato Tart With Fresh Mozzarella and Anchovies

2. Grilled Corn & Zucchini Salad with Sun-Dried Tomato Vinaigrette

3. Tomato Mint Gazpacho

4. Balsamic Red Cabbage, Bacon & Avocado Slaw

5. Eight Colorful Ways to Fill a Summer Roll

6. How to Make a Salad That Gets Better the Longer It Sits

7. Four Skewers to Serve at your Summer BBQ

8. Veggie Rose Tart
