Carpool Karaoke

{ Florida Keys Bound }
By now, I think it's safe to say everyone has seen Adele rapping to Nicki Minaj's Monster, yes?

I don't know if it's the fact that I'm currently studying media or the fact that I try to keep little bits of home with me, but I try to keep up with American Television programs. I feel like we have dozens of late night shows on television in the States, all with their own funny segments, like Celebrities Reading Mean Tweets or that one bit where Jamie Foxx hilariously and accurately imitated John Legend.

I have never watched The Late Late Show With James Corden, nor did I know about his segment, but as with all things relating to Queen Adele, the internet went wild. In our celebrity-obsessed culture, it's funny and charming to see celebrities being silly, even Justin Bieber looks less obnoxious and entitled than he usually does singing to his songs in the car.

I am quite shameless when it comes to singing in the car, my favorite jam being anything by Camela (a really old and embarrassing group from Spain). There is something so freeing about driving, and singing just makes any commute a thousand times better. Over the break, I shared a particularly charming moment with my little sister on the way to South Beach, we sang to Hello and Trap Queen at the top of our lungs-- video exists but will only be used as a revenge tool at one of our weddings à la Bride Wars...

It is easily one of my favorite moments with my sister and I think about it every time I miss her, it will surely remain one of our best memories in the future.

PS: How do we feel about singing in public? or even in the shower?
